While we don’t know all the answers to the mysteries of the Universe, below is a list of FAQ’s with answers we do know!
And of course the CYL Speakers will answer your questions about the mysteries of the Universe!
While we cannot cover everyone’s needs we cover the basics. We will have gluten free options, vegan options, and of course chicken, beef and fish selections at our meals.
The conference is only available as a whole package, with the exception of the pre and post conference workshops which can be booked separately. But trust us, you won’t want to miss a thing!
We have limited rooms available before and after the event. Once you register, you will receive an event email with a link to book your hotel room and you can select the days that you are interested in.
We are working to arrange a shuttle service for you. Details will be posted in the Facebook group and sent via email to all registrants. In addition, Taxi’s and Ride Share are very easy to use at both the airport and the hotel. If you join our Private event Facebook page (link in the confirmation email after you register) you can coordinate your ride with other attendees!
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is the most convenient to the hotel at about 20 minutes away.
Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is much smaller with few airlines at about 40 minutes from the resort.
No, hotel accomodations are not included in your conference registration. Oce you register you will be emailed a confirmation letter which will include a link for you to make your hotel reservation. Location information is listed on the Location page of this website. Click Here >>>
Not at all. We have lots of people who prefer to stay in their own home or get a local vacation rental. We just ask that you are on time to the event each day.
Check-in is at 4:oo PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
We do offer payment plans. All payments must be completed prior to the start of the event. Fill our the Payment Plan form and we will confirm the details with you before making your first payment.
- If you have taken ill with Covid-19 or tested positive for Covid-19 prior to your arrival please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 480-970-8543. We will request a copy of your test results under these circumstances.
- Also, due to the current global circumstances, if things change and we feel it is needed, we may request all attendees provide a negative Covid test prior to the onset of the event and wear a mask in certain areas of the event.
- Since we work collaboratively with many speakers if a speaker is taken ill and cannot perform their presentation in person. Every effort will be made to either livestream the speaker into the conference or replace with another presenter.
- Should the status of the global circumstances require the in-person event to be cancelled your ticket will automatically be transferred to the livestream event and you will receive a refund of the difference in ticket price.

We are a full-time spiritual event production company. The Producer takes a tremendous financial risk every time we create an event and we LOVE what we do and it does cost money to create these programs. We have staff that needs to get paid, the hotel accommodations for staff and speakers, travel arrangements, the audio visual equipment, food for the speakers and staff, the speakers fees, and a lot more expenses go into creating an event.
This means two people in a hotel room.
We don’t have any discounts available for this event.
We have a work scholarship program for those in dire financial need but who truly want to be at the event and be of service. When you participate in the work scholarship program it is not guaranteed that you will get to see all of the speakers. You will have a work schedule and can participate in your off time.
