A TIME FOR

Women

A Space to Pause.

A Retreat for Connection, Calm, and Renewal

For women who need space to breathe, soften, and feel supported

Friday, April 10 - Sunday, April 12, 2026

Skamania Lodge, Stevenson, WA

Are you craving a much needed break from the noise?

The world is loud right now.

The news, life demands, family commitments, emotional overwhelm, our changing bodies and work schedules can be overwhelming!

A Time for Women is a conscious step back from urgency and a step into restoring yourself, a quiet respite.

A space that protects your energy, lowers the volume, and reminds you what calm actually feels like.

You will experience your nervous system shifting out of constant alert and into a steadier rhythm.

You will breathe in calm and exhale the pressure you didn’t realize you were carrying.

You will deepen your understanding of the changes unfolding in your body.

Take a break from your everyday life and return relaxed and whole.

Experience What It Feels Like To Be Supported

BEING UNDERSTOOD

This weekend is about learning and discovering together. In community, conversations deepen naturally. You’ll share insight, hear yourself reflected back, and feel the grounding truth that you’re not alone.

CONNECTION THAT'S EASY

Not networking. Not small talk. Just natural connection. Shared recognition. The kind of companionship that feels grounding instead of draining. You’ll leave knowing you are not navigating this season alone.

COME HOME TO YOURSELF

There will be moments when everything slows enough for you to feel your own heartbeat again. When you are not managing, anticipating, or bracing just present inside your body. This is where steadiness begins.

UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY

Gain clear insight into the hormonal shifts, inflammation, sleep changes, and energy fluctuations you may be experiencing so you can respond with confidence instead of confusion.

What You Will Experience

During the retreat, you’ll be guided through easy conversations by teachers who are nationally recognized in their field. Be prepared to discover. . .

A Calmer Nervous System

Practice simple tools that downshift stress to feel more steady in daily life. You'll be guided to experience what it feels like to come out of constant alert mode and into a steadier, more regulated state.

Relief from Emotional Overload

Giving yourself a much needed respite will allow you to reset and refresh. Through experiential exercises during the sessions, you'll understand what you need to get through overwhelming moments with more awareness.

Understand Your Body

Gain clear, grounded insight into the hormonal shifts, inflammation, sleep changes, weight fluctuations, and energy dips. Discover evidence-based tools to reduce inflammation, balance hormones, improve sleep, and restore energy.

Permission to Relax

Rediscover what it feels like to soften without losing your strength or effectiveness. During the sessions, you'll release the pressure to always be “on”, experience rest without guilt, feel supported instead of constantly self-managing and reconnect with the version of you that feels spacious and at ease.

Better Sleep Support

Your guides during the retreat, will teach your nervous system to know when it's time to sleep. Experience practical, evening habits that help your body recognize when it is time to rest. Discover how to create a calming pre-sleep rhythm and improve the depth and quality of your rest over time.

Grounded in Yourself

The most important piece: You'll have tools so when you walk back into your world, you won’t feel depleted. You’ll feel more anchored ,clearer in your boundaries, calmer in your responses, and more connected to yourself.

You’ll be guided by highly trained practitioners devoted to helping women navigate change, ease stress, and support their well-being.
